Our flagship offering—the Instructional Skills Certification (ISC) is a Microsoft-recognised programme designed for professionals preparing to enter the Train-The-Trainer (TTT) pathway and ultimately qualify as Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). This workshop builds the instructional, presentation, and facilitation skills needed to deliver high-quality Microsoft courses.
